What We Do We specialize in the design of vacation homes for clients from all over the world. Within our group we have Architectural Designers, Structural Engineers, Project Managers, CAD Technicians, Swimming Pool and Interior Designers, all of whom work closely with locally licensed Construction Contractors to collectively produce homes of world-class quality and comfort. Unique features include the use of solar systems, Uponor fire-safety sprinkler systems, foam insulation and more. How We Do It Once you have purchased your land we arrange an initial meeting where the Concept Design is discussed and budgets are agreed. From these Concept Drawings a set of Construction Plans are produced and a Contract is drawn up between all parties, Colman Design, Client, Project Manager and Construction Contractor. Time parameters are agreed and reports and photographs of progress are sent to the Client throughout the construction process
