Founded in 1992 ColorNet, Inc. has always remained true to its basic concept of a force of few but expert staffers to create original content utelizing the marriage of traditional analog and latest digital tools. Founded academically and pragmatically in the fundmentals our group was able to exploit digital video-photography, print publishing and repurposing print. We keep abreast of software and update all workstations and digital gear every two years. We also maintain our traditional professional gear and our traditional skill sets. We have led in video streaming because of our national PBS experience, we leap frogged the color separation house with a combination of our large format photography and a desk top DS Scanner, we made printed material truly interactive with complete navigation while simultaneously perfectly printable. We cut printing costs drastically for IDG magazines and computer game packaging. We were the 1st to install T-1 lines in pre-press houses to replace couriers in pickup trucks. Our original staff members (not yet ColorNet) created the 1st website for GNC and Safeway. We have created the 1st Transport Quote Site for the Port of Stockton. Our goal is to work with no more than 3 clients total to make it possible to maintain acceptable results. More is sloppy in our opinion. We prefer to concentrate on the Maritime Industry and have for the past ten years. Active Large industrial sites are also of keen interest.
