ColourMeIn Wellbeing CIC, is a not-for-profit organisation. All proceeds are ploughed into supporting and delivering community projects that struggle to access mental health care provision, especially in the area of Art Therapy. We can help you in the area of staff wellbeing, mental health care and public speaking. This includes: 🧠 Wellbeing programs for your organisation using evidence-based art therapy techniques 🧠 Individual and group supervision/support for those working in community contexts 🧠 Individual, group art therapy and reflective practice 🧠 Assessment of culture and development strategies for your organisation to prevent work related stress, compassion fatigue and secondary shock. ColourMeIn has been developed over 12 years and has served many organisations in the areas of creativity and wellbeing. These organisations have typically been education, the criminal justice system, and the NHS. We have also delivered wellbeing courses to corporates such as Deloitte and BUPA. The founder has studied Psychology (BSc. Hons, BPS accredited) for many years and qualified as an Art Psychotherapist (MA, HCPC, BAAT), and has been trained by the Tavistock NHS in supervising those working in community contexts. We have designed programs to support all industries with their staff wellbeing using evidence-based art therapy techniques. With emerging insights into neuroscience and the extensive need for addressing work-related stress, art therapy is becoming a necessary tool in the prevention of burnout, compassion fatigue and secondary shock. We are passionate about bringing this into action using a psychodynamic, attachment theory, traumas focussed, client intuitive approach, positive psychology.
