Columbia Capital Group (CCG) is a private equity multifamily real estate syndication company. Our goal is to identify inefficiencies in the middle-market multifamily segment, and acquire assets below their real value. We apply targeted acquisition strategies and active asset management to provide consistent risk-adjusted returns for our investors. Our investment strategy is focused on the Pacific Northwest region, targeting existing Class B and C multifamily properties with identifiable value and upside generated by driving annual NOI through physical renovations, operational improvements, or both.
