Columbia Corridor Association

The Columbia Corridor Association is a 501(c)6 non-profit business association established in 1986. The Columbia Corridor stretches along the south shore of the Columbia River, from the Willamette River in the west to the Sandy River in the east. The Columbia Corridor is the single largest industrial area in Oregon, covering 28 square miles, just 15 minutes north of downtown Portland. It offers attractive business locations with access to diverse residential neighborhoods, a well-educated workforce, freeways and the largest inventory of industrial facilities in the region. Its dynamic mix of over businesses employing people incorporates industry, warehousing, business parks, hotels, restaurants and retail establishments. We're committed to promoting and enhancing the viability of the Corridor, benefiting our members and the local community, and assisting in the design and implementation of regulations.
