Direct Primary Care is an alternative model to concierge and current practices which allows physicians to opt out of the broken insurance-based healthcare system to return internal medicine to its roots of patient centered care. At Columbia Direct Primary Care we prioritize the doctor-patient relationship with the elimination of insurance barriers. Our practice puts patients at the center of care, ensuring a personalized and comprehensive experience. Patients are charged a membership fee outside of insurance that can be paid every 3 months, 6 months or yearly.
