In 2013 Joseph Brennan lost both his father and his uncle back-to-back due to the complications of pharmaceutical based medicine. Shortly thereafter, Joe came across a mainstream television documentary about a cannabis compound called Cannabidiol (CBD) being used to successfully treat children with seizures. It was at that moment he saw an opportunity to spread the word, help others, and bring this plant compound to the forefront of present awareness. In memory of his father he started vending shows and festivals around Ohio spreading the word about non-psychoactive, hemp-derived CBD. This evolved four years later into Columbus Ohio's first CBD only specialty retail/online store! We specialize in education on the endo-cannabinoid system (ECS), its functions, as well as the role plant-based (phyto) cannabinoids play in interacting with this important component of animal biology.
