Colwick Park Lifeguards are the premier provider of voluntary Water Safety & Rescue services at open water inland events in the United Kingdom. With an exciting mix of event partners ranging from major festivals to prestigious sporting events, the organisation has developed considerably since establishing in 1979, yet has not forgotten its roots. While becoming entrusted with the Water Safety & Rescue at some of the biggest events in the Country, the reputation built over the last 30+ years came from the always professional and committed approach to smaller regional activities - be these supporting local Rowing Clubs, Local Authority events or even the occasional wedding or Christening near water! The team at Colwick Park Lifeguards is a committed group of individuals, who all give their time as volunteers because of their personal desire to promote the objectives of the Royal Life Saving Society UK - To safeguard lives in, on and near water.
