Comelasfoglia Studios

Comelasfoglia is a group of authors, visual artists, and gamers based in Parma, Italy. We’ve been promoting the culture of gaming since 2008 both by planning events and creating -from concept to publication- card games, as well as tabletop and role-playing ones. “Magia!”, “A Game of Shadows”, “Princesses at the great Ball”, “The Customer” and “A City Divided” are some of our [sold out] games that we distributed[promoted] through the main gaming exhibitions in Italy and through the traditional market in EU and US. The name Comelasfoglia means “Like the Sfoglia,” after Emilia’s local type of fresh pasta, since our games are crafted with the passion that is characteristic of homemade products. Our game design focuses on the players’ gaming experience, both in delivering a message and letting them share a feeling through the time spent together. We alternate tailor-made games for companies, public authorities and associations with traditional ones for the gaming market.
