We achieve this by a range of measures, from review and plan on client's site through to sales execution in domestic and international markets. In sport, take the example of a novice wanting to undertake a Marathon or Ironman® Triathlon Challenge for the first time. Consideration would be given to which event to enter, prior general health and fitness, a training plan taking account of how much available time to train, nutrition requirements, coaching or peer support. Meeting (and exceeding) a business goal or aspiration is much the same… Which goals will be attractive but realistic given the health and current capability of the company? What strategic plan will be put in place? What specific actions and what timeline? Which resources to “fuel” the plan and what coaching, guidance, support will be needed to execute?
