Volante applies new management and harvesting techniques to look rigourously after our olive grove and its fruit during the whole year. By doing this, we obtain a healthy olive and an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our olive groves are designed and organized to be harvested by mechanical means, with a faster harvesting time, cleaner and less aggressive to the tree than other conventional methods. An essential method to recollect the entire fruit of the olive grove in its optimum maturity point. No other technology of olive-culture allows the performance of this noble goal.
