Comet Cadets is a social-emotional framework that teaches 5-10 year olds (and the grown-ups in their lives) how to identify feelings, regulate them, and communicate with others. Every Comet Cadet learns real-life skills that support emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. After all, Comet stands for Communication and Emotion Training. Comet Cadets is based on the same research and best practices as other excellent social-emotional learning (SEL) programs in the universe. But what sets Comet Cadets apart is the power of play.
