We achieve this by carefully managing the balance between the users requirements and their energy consumption. We seamlessly integrate building services into a PC based management system creating a centralised structure for energy saving and control. Formed in 1984 and based in the South East of England, we work on controls projects in a multitude of market sectors including Hospitals, Universities, Schools, Retail Parks, Industrial Units and Leisure centres. Operating as a building management controls specialist, manufacturer and installer of motor control centres, as well as electrical contractor, we provide the quality completion of contracts of all sizes. The reputation and success of Comfort Controls is mainly dependent on the performance of its staff. In this respect we are careful to select from known resources and obtain the best employees, with a vast knowledge base within their individual fields. The company is formed of 4 distinct Business Units - Projects, Installation, Service & Maintenance and a Motor Control Panel Manufacturing Workshop. Comfort Controls Ltd is a one stop shop for turnkey projects. We can assist from the conception stages of specification writing, through to the engineering/design of the bespoke systems and into the implementation stage. We have our own service department to ensure the continued efficient control of the installed system. Comfort Controls is an approved TTC TREND installer, Schneider Electric EcoXpert Partner installer and Siemens partner. Our head office is located in Hemel Hempstead - Herts, with a Midlands Regional office located in Castle Donington - Derbyshire.
