Established in January 2010, Comfortable Plastics Co, Ltd, integrating research and development, production, sales and service, is a comprehensive enterprise, specialize in manufacturing all kinds of PU products. The company is located in Shunde, Foshan city with strategic location and convenient transportation. Currently our main products are PU arm pads, PU arms, PU work chair, molded foam, and conference chairs. With an experienced R&D team in PU production technology, we welcome OEM and ODM projects, which are our main business during pass years. And we could always offer valuables idea to our customers on the structure or the using of the material on a new project, which helps our customer on solving all kinds of situation. And we are always a reliable partner to our customers. By the end of year 2019, we have upgraded our facility, and now we have 2 factories, with total 16 production lines – 9 for PU production and 7 for molded foam production. Also in recent years, we have introduced a series of advanced equipment including the auto injection machine and the auto spraying robot. In addition, the material we used for the production meets the requirement of RosH, REACH, CAL 117-2013, Prop 65 FR standard, and BS 5852.
