Our mission is to support the growth of each leader in the IT industry in Romania. Welcome to our learning and networking community! Our objective is to provide a bridge that connects individuals who can generate added value through business or mentorship relationships. Over the years, we have noted that this remains a vital requirement to ensure that future generations of Romanian managers can interact in a collaborative environment that nurtures the exchange of ideas, new business opportunities, and product innovation. We aim to categorize our events based on the level of experience required to benefit from the topic being discussed fully. Utilizing our extensive experience in training managers across various companies and contexts and connections with experienced leaders and successful trainers, we will provide /LEARNING BITES/ through the COMM-IT platform for all seniority levels. One category made up of newbies, wannabes, and first-level managers, will be addressed through two types of learning sessions: 6 yearly sessions with a large audience, as well as a targeted training program that focuses on creating new products or services. Middle management, with its more nuanced needs and greater experience, will be engaged through discussions that bring fresh ideas to the areas of innovation, product management, and career management. This will be accomplished through three special sessions with international guests. Senior management will be reached through discussions that bring together the most experienced Iasi managers and provide content typically found in MBA programs or management school training. These sessions will be held twice a year, with special networking events, such as dinners and outings.
