Commerceos

CommerceOS is an Agentic Commerce Operating System built for retail businesses selling online that want to take control of their customers, operations, and growth from platforms that weren't built for them. CommerceOS gives that sovereignty Introducing Agentic Shopfloor, the first product under CommerceOS. Shopfloor provides the phygital experience to the shoppers with the help of purpose-built agents and sub-agents that help in driving the personalised sales conversions via Text or Voice in any language by putting an intelligent agent in the hero section of your website, one that understands intent, navigates your catalogue, answers questions, and drives the purchase the way a great sales associate would. The result is a Shopfloor that works 24/7, knows every product in your catalogue, remembers every shopper it has spoken to, and gets better with every single conversation. Shopfloor is purposely built for Shopify stores, and we're in the early phase of onboarding the design partners.
