At our core we are professional problem solvers, the problems we specialize in are usually technology related. The business started out in 2005 as a simple electronics retailer. As our client base grew so did our need to be able to solve the unique problems of our client base. In 2007 we closed up the store front and move into commercial services. At first we worked with retail chains doing hardware repair and point of sale installation. Eventually we established relationships with a few key national companies and our reputation within those circles grew to be known as reputable and reliable. By 2011 these same companies were asking us to manage installations all over the country to help insure the work was done to the standards we had established. Following the F5 tornado that hit Joplin on May 22nd 2011, we wanted to help not only our friends and neighbors, but the business community recover as well. We modified our business model, added staff and created new services designed for the local market. It is our goal to be the trusted IT adviser to the SMB market in Joplin and the surrounding communities.
