Commercial Design Management (CDM) is a boutique building design practice specialising in commercial and industrial building design across a broad range of projects. The practice, established in 1985 by Gary Keen, offers an innovative, design driven service handling all aspects of building design. Our services include concept development, council approval, detailed design and drafting, documentation, project management and contract administration. We believe a successful design is that which meets our clients’ needs and exceeds their expectations. We approach each project as a unique opportunity to create an innovative, inspirational and yet functional building design. Our small, but talented team is made up of Architects, Building Designers, Interior Designers, Drafts people and Contract Administrators all there to help with each stage of the design process from inception to completion.
