We currently manage over 35 properties for 12 NYC Banks ranging from 15 story failed condominium projects to subsidized rental houseing located in the Boros of NYC. We are experienced managing all the major food groups. CRR's principals have resolved more than $5 billion of non-performing and under-performing commercial mortgage loans and equity investments.
