Commercially Public is a growing public sector consultancy that helps organisations build capacity, reduce costs, improve efficiency, quality and impact, and transform service provision. Established by Richard Stoate and Sarah Phipps, our founding consultants, Commercially Public provides a different offer for public, private and third sector clients. Between them Richard and Sarah have significant senior experience working with a wide range of bodies including central government, local authorities, NHS, the VCS and private service providers. We pride ourselves not only on doing a great job and adding real value for our clients, but doing it in the ‘right’ way.
