Commissie Intree

Commissie Intree is the organization behind Intreeweek, the official introduction week of the University of Amsterdam. Each year, we welcome thousands of new students and help them take their first steps within both the UvA and the city of Amsterdam. Our team consists of a full-time, seven-member board responsible for the complete organization, planning, and coordination of Intreeweek. From February onward, we are supported by a committee of 25 dedicated students who contribute to program development, production, communication, and partnership coordination. Together, we create a week filled with events, city explorations, informative sessions, and memorable experiences that connect new students with one another. Intreeweek stands for accessibility, inclusivity, and building a strong start for every UvA student. We work closely with partners within the UvA as well as a range of student-focused organizations and sponsors in and around Amsterdam. Their support helps us deliver a diverse, inspiring, and accessible program for all incoming UvA students.
