Most real estate syndication companies have high minimum investments or only allow accredited investors to save themselves time and energy. Often, this means new investors or those with fewer resources are locked out of these passive, diversified, and solid investment opportunities. Here at CGC, we have a program for new investors that has a lower minimum that allows them to take part in the same deals as our accredited investors. This model, also, provides a way for high-net-worth investors to partner passively with CGC’s mission without forsaking great returns.
