Commtrade Metals is a one stop shop for Aluminum manufacturing. Founded in 2011 as a part of Al Ghurair Group U.A.E, we are a supplier to Hyundai Motors India after receipt of Supplier Quality Certification, as well as being a green vendor (MSIL) for Maruti Suzuki India. Our final products after assembly also goes to other automotive companies like Tata Motors, Mahindra and Mahindra, and Ashok Leyland just to name a few. We at Commtrade, presently manufacture Aluminum Ingots of various grades ands specifications (I.e. ADC 12, ADC 10, K 14, A 380 among others). To manufacture alloy we presently have a 5 ton rotary melting furnace, as well as a 1 ton holding furnace. We also manufacture Aluminum castings on the basis of the requirements given by our customers. Our customers and us, jointly work to create a die that is used to produce castings at an optimum level with our present High Pressure Die Casting Machines. We presently have one 180t machine, two 250t machines, one 350t machine as well as two 420t machines. We cater mostly to the automotive industry, but we can also supply to other industries like electric transmission among others. Some of the part we presently supply are gear box housing parts, housing cover parts, fork shift parts, water pump and oil pump body among various other automobile components. We also have two machine shops to machine the components according to the requirements given by our customers. We have two CNCs, four VMCs, and 3 HMCs combined in both our machine shops. Other services available within our company are that we have manual fettling done to remove sharp edges and smoothen the components as well as a few shot blasting machines to smoothen out the component and give it a polished finish.
