Communicate Care

Communicate Care is a well-established disability service that aims to deliver holistic assessment, support and therapy across Sydney. As healthcare providers we value each individuals sense of choice and control. Our experienced therapists collaborate in a team with; clients, families, educators, support coordinators, local area coordinators, general practitioners, allied health workers and support workers, to provide both adult and paediatric capacity building services. With extensive neuro-diverse experience and training in non-verbal systems of communication, we strive to create a platform to support all communication and life-skills. All whilst supporting development and ensuring desirable outcomes in line with client-centred therapy goals.
