My name is Brian Koehn. I work as an executive coach and sales communications trainer. My methodology is simple. We need to work with human nature, not against it. Accepting just how flawed, yet, magnificent human beings are gives us the ability to stand out and create change. For example-Acknowledging that humans are easily bored forces us to simplify our points-Knowing that people remember feelings more than data reminds us to engage them emotionally-Admitting that people can be selfish forces us to focus on what they care about-Knowing that people are overwhelmed reminds us to make our process easy for them-Sensing that people are burned out challenges us to re-inspire them with our message.
