Our goal at Community Acupuncture Inc. is to make acupuncture accessible to all Calgarians. Acupuncture balances the flow of energy in your body, stimulating your bodies’ natural ability to heal itself. Basically if we fix your bodies energetic “blue print” your body will start producing properly functioning/healthy cells. This makes it an effective treatment for a wide range of health conditions and concerns. We provide acupuncture in a comfortable group setting, making it affordable and accessible because acupuncture is most effective when treatment is received at regular intervals. Treatment at Community Acupuncture Inc. is provided in a calm, quite, shared room. Clients are fully clothed and relaxing in reclining chairs though out their treatment. We have chosen to use the community acupuncture model because we believe that all people should have access to effective alternative forms of health care. The main benefits of the community acupuncture model are: effectiveness of treatment accessibility to almost all people affordability of treatment time efficient The group setting has the added benefit of connecting people within the community, and amplifying the healing energy of the space. Acupuncture is an effective treatment for pain and injuries, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, fertility problems, stress related issues, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, apathy and depression. Acupuncture can also be used to help clients overcome addictions.
