Jim started as a landscaper and worked his way to owning and operating long term care facilities throughout Missouri and Illinois. We pride ourselves on operating with the highest standards to ensure we are providing the unparalleled care to our residents. Our residents are like family and we spend time to know their personalities, preferences and specific needs to provide the level of care they need and deserve. Community Care Centers is a group of Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Residential Care, and Assisted Living communities throughout Missouri and Illinois.
