Community Choices

Community Choices is a nonprofit corporation which was founded on behalf of Developmentally Disabled Citizens who reside in our contemporary communities. We are a Quality Care corporation. and we believe in just that,"Quality Care" for those persons under our care. Our focus is on our consumers Ability, not their disability. All persons associated with our agency demonstrate leadership, guidance, compassion, awareness, and other qualities which bring out the positive feelings and attitudes of the persons we serve. It is the goal of Community Choices to grant them the opportunity to pursue and fulfill their needs, desires and dreams.
