We are a non profit Community Health Center located in Lewiston, Maine. We accept all patients regardless of ability to pay and we offer a sliding fee scale based on income and household size for all of our services. Our locations include: B Street Health Center (primary care, integrated psychiatry and counseling services) and BHH Case Management, 57 Birch Street, Lewiston and CCS @ Kappelmanns (Internal Medicine) at 100 Campus Ave. Suite 104, Lewiston.
