Through strategic relationships with municipal and community leaders, financial institutions, general contractors, and real estate acquisition, sales, and vending firms, the team is effectively able to: • Acquire and rehabilitate distressed properties while utilizing both energy efficient and green building technologies (Ex. windows, insulation, appliances, HVAC, solar panels) • Develop and construct affordable new homes and affordable new housing communities while also utilizing both energy efficient and green building technologies • Provide homebuyers with down payment and closing costs assistance to increase their buying power and increase their personal savings • Boost local economies and mitigate social issues such as homelessness, poverty, financial instability, neighborhood inequality, blight, crime, and other health and safety concerns • Create new jobs, job training and placement programs, and employment opportunities • Help implement new educational, health, and social programs • Provide buyers, sellers, renters and investors of affordable housing with new affordable options and solutions
