About Our Organization Community Development Watch (CODEWA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children and youth to learn, grow, and thrive. Founded in 2015, CODEWA works to break cycles of poverty and inequality through education, health, mentorship, and environmental stewardship. We believe that every child deserves a fair chance to dream boldly and achieve their potential — regardless of background or circumstance. From classrooms to communities, our programs open doors to opportunity and build pathways to lifelong success. By engaging families, schools, and local leaders, CODEWA ensures that young people receive the holistic support they need to grow confidently and contribute meaningfully to society.
