CISL is a Special Purpose State Company established by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, dedicated to the upliftment of the quality of life of the citizenry of Trinidad and Tobago, by strengthening community life and institutions. CISL is about moving your business forward, it has been in existence for the past eleven years and is dynamic and responsive to the ever so changing sectors of construction and project management, as it pertains to community development.
