Community Life Foundation

The Community Life Foundation was established in 2012 to provide older adults and seniors living in independent living communities the services and support they need to stay healthy, safe, socially engaged and active in thriving communities. Specifically, the Community Life Foundation offers residents a neighborhood network, which provides a social safety net to ensure their well-being. This includes:* A team of resident service coordinators who help connect residents in need to local, regional and federal support and resources that provide basic needs, such as access to food, medicine and healthcare.* Programs & Partnerships - With the help of dedicated community partners, the Community Life Foundation provides programs that make independent living possible. From health workshops to technology classes to providing tips on accessing healthy food, these programs nurture resident well-being.* Transportation support allows residents to attend outings, keep engaged and active in their surrounding communities, and to help them get to necessary appointments and errands.
