CM2M offers male buddying support to older males (55+) at risk of loneliness and isolation, to get them out of the house and take part in fun and interesting activities that appeal to men, and provides help to their families, who can get on with their day with confidence. CM2M will support employees who are carers of men through their male buddies taking out the man the employee cares for, enabling the employee to stay in work, reduce their stress levels and enable them to continue to provide support to the person they care for. CM2M can support employers with employee retention primarily by focusing on the wellbeing of employees, who have care responsibilities of older men.
