Community Printers is a worker-managed, union-supported print shop in Santa Cruz, California, built on the belief that manufacturing belongs in the hands of the people who do the work. For more than four decades, we’ve paired serious craftsmanship with modern production to keep high-quality print and manufacturing jobs right here in our community. We’re a shop where workers have a voice, skills are respected, and every decision is shaped by the people on the floor. That means our priorities stay rooted in real life: fair work, strong standards, responsible practices, and print that reflects the pride we take in making things well. We're big enough to take on complex, high-visibility projects and nimble enough to handle the one-off challenges that usually make other shops flinch.
