Community Wellness Ventures (CWV) is a human services agency, licensed in the District of Columbia to provide a myriad of home and community based services. We are committed to providing people with differing abilities with the highest level of care consistent with best practices that are aligned with the principles of results based accountability. At CWV, we believe that people should have access to high quality, culturally competent care tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Our goal is to reduce health disparities and improve the outcomes of everyone we are privileged to serve.
