Community Works is a Vermont-based home services company transforming routine maintenance into opportunities for community empowerment. We offer professional-grade power washing, deck restoration, gutter cleaning, and minor carpentry services—all at a fraction of traditional costs. Founded by UVM alumnus Raz Hansen, who built his entrepreneurial career through home services during high school and college, our mission is to give students and young adults the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience and earn money for tuition. Our services are designed with busy professionals, seniors, and property managers in mind—delivering reliable, high-quality exterior care that revitalizes homes and commercial properties alike. Grounded in values of community giving, internal growth, and a value-first approach, Community Works is committed to enhancing the well-being of the communities we serve.
