Communo, Bits Pilani

Communo, BITS Pilani is a student-led initiative dedicated to shaping confident, articulate, and self-aware individuals prepared for real-world challenges. Founded in 2018, Communo has grown into a platform where students refine the art of expression, persuasion, and leadership - not through rote learning, but through dialogue, debate, and deliberate practice. At its core, Communo believes that communication is more than speaking - it is impacting. The club creates spaces where ideas collide and confidence is built - from structured group discussions and case-solving sessions to spontaneous public speaking challenges that push members out of their comfort zones. Communo also hosts Pragrah, the flagship leadership conclave of BITS Pilani. The event brings together influential leaders and thinkers from across industries to share stories of resilience, innovation, and vision. Alongside speaker sessions, participants engage in leadership-oriented events like Times of Crisis, Minefield, and Center Stage, designed to test composure, strategy, and communication under pressure. With the guiding belief that clarity creates leaders, Communo strives to empower every student to express themselves with conviction and lead with authenticity - in college and beyond.
