The "Do it Yourself" group are mostly early stage startup businesses and those other consultants, coaches, knowledge-based individuals who are deliberately keeping their business small in size – though not in profit. This group love our self-paced courses, group programs, and our abundant free content. The "Done With You" was the original core of the Como business, when I launched my coaching business in 2006 and then took it international in 2010. Working directly with me, Done With You coaching provides bespoke strategic solutions for business owners with 12-96 employees. At this size, the founder or founders have proven their business model and grown beyond the ‘Doing’ phase, but they remain small enough that they are still ultimately responsible for all 28 areas of a business - and they need the tools to show how all 28 areas interconnect, and therefore where to focus now. Como Consulting is the “Done For You” solution, preparing strategic recommendations and implementation plans across a range of solutions, generally Growth, Revenue, Profit, Valuation, Culture, or Succession Done For You is where Como's aligned network of specialists all around the world can deliver fast and accurate results. This isn’t about running the business for you, it’s about overcoming the single biggest problem you have while you work on the opportunity here which is worth 10 times as much.
