Companyrefs

The Customer warrants that all content and material that it provides to the Supplier will not violate any right or interest of any third party and further warrants that such content and material is legal, honest, decent and truthful and complies with the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion and any other relevant codes of practice and legislation and will indemnify the Supplier in respect of all costs, damages or other charges incurred in connection with any actions or claims brought against the Supplier arising from a breach of these warranties.
