Comparative Law Research Quarterly is one of the publications of Tarbiat Modares University, which is published under the scientific responsibility of its Editor-in- Chief and the Editorial Board. This journal has been published since 1990 under the title of Modares Journal of Humanities (multidisciplinary) and since 1996 it has received a scientific research degree from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The purpose of this journal is to promote and develop legal knowledge through the publication of research articles resulting from comparative studies, and it only publishes articles that provide new achievements in this field and adhere to the principles of professional ethics and research ethics. Promoting and establishing justice, rule of law, human rights and democracy are among the values of this Journal.
