Garry started his career in the medical field but soon transitioned to owning and/or operating several small businesses. He and his employees were working long hours and not seeing the growth they should have been achieving. While each company was successful, Garry knew they could be doing better. He sought out the guidance of a business coach and his then company quickly began to reap the benefits. Over the course of the next several years, Garry’s business coach helped his company increase sales by 450% while acquiring three of its competitors. Profitability was 40% greater than the industry average and he was attracting excellent employees, all while maintaining a more manageable work/life balance. Garry moved on to become an executive for a Fortune 500 company but saw that even they experienced many of the same challenges smaller businesses experienced. Considering the incredible impact his business coach had made on his company as well as his personal life, Garry became inspired to begin his business coaching career to help others the way his coach had helped him.
