Compass Land Resources is a full-service land company focusing on providing resource acquisitions through research and negotiations. Our primary service experience is in Oklahoma and surrounding states and we've done work in other areas in the U.S. as well. We have a strong background in Oil & Gas title research, due diligence, regulatory matters and leasing. We also have right-of-way, surface use, water use, and wind energy leasing expertise. We can provide mapping services, division order maintenance and have acted as a contract land department for some of our clients with smaller in-house departments.
