Compass Process & Projects (Pty) Ltd is a mining consultancy formed to provide metallurgical process engineering services to mining operations teams, giving guidance to the mine improvement projects. The aim of which is to ensure projects are rooted in firm motivation, accurate process baselining, proper project principles and providing detailed scoping with the appropriate budget and execution schedule. With Compass integrating into the owners team; the client can rest assured that project execution will be both on time and in budget, but most importantly the project impact will be realised to its fullest extent. Compass also provides consulting engineer services to engineering design houses and OEM’s.
