Compass Rose Redevelopment

CRR identifies and redevelops starter homes located within the main square district of small towns, in commutable proximity to major cites. Our target clientele are young working couples, beginning a family, requiring a 2-3 bedroom 2 bath residence. These families are moving from condo/apartment environments within these city areas that no longer fulfill their growing family requirements. We aim to provide high quality housing for these households to establish their roots over the next 5-10 years of family. By sourcing local subcontracts and "green building practices" we believe that our custom homes will benefit these families, communities, and the environment.
