Compassionate Cuppa Cic

Compassionate Cuppa is a mentoring service for your emotional wellbeing. We support people with challenges to their mental health, both with listening and practical help that is tailored to their needs and works for them. The listening to your story without judgement. Explore what is possible and important to you. Motivate on plans of action that could work together. Guide you towards the positive change that helps you move forward in your life. We visit individuals for sessions 1:1 in the Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester area in Hampshire. However, we also offer sessions remotely or online should you prefer this. The first session (up to 90 mins) is free of charge. We believe in having compassion in all that we do. Often we might start our sessions talking over a cuppa. Therefore we are Compassionate Cuppa.
