Whether you are a first-time mom or you have been through pregnancy more than once, it is an amazing time in your life. No two pregnancies are the same in just the way that no two women are the same. It is likely that you will have many different people playing many different roles during your pregnancy. You may be surrounded by your partner, your parents, siblings, healthcare professionals, friends and even well-meaning strangers that all want to have a say in the choices that you will make during these next months. There will undoubtedly be times that you may feel unheard, unappreciated and even overlooked now that so much of the focus is on the baby. You may just feel that you want to be seen as the woman you were pre-pregnancy with no mention of the little one, if even just for a short time out of your day.That is where I come in. My name is Ranae. I am not a therapist, I am not a healthcare provider, I am a pregnancy life coach.
