Compendium Living

The Compendium Group Limited, the parent company of Compendium Regeneration Limited, which together trade as Compendium Living, is a residential development and regeneration company jointly owned by The Riverside Group Limited and Lovell Partnerships Limited. It undertakes large and/or complex residential-led, place-making developments in areas of public policy priority, and in line with local strategic authorities’ own published priorities. We aim to create new tenure-blind, mixed-income communities and plan infrastructure and long-term stewardship arrangements to facilitate the success of these communities long after the developments are completed.
