We are pioneers in various fields of personal development in Romania: • 1990 - founding of the first company offering personal development consulting services, • - Daniel Bichis is the first Romanian licensed as NLP Trainer by Richard Bandler and Society of NLP, • 2001 - first Life Coaching services ever offered in Bucharest, Romania, • 2006 - first company offering EQ testing and EQ skills development services in Romanian language, • 2008 - launching of the first certified training program in Life Coaching presented in Romanian, • 2011 - Daniel Bichis is the first East-European licensed as NLP Master Trainer by Richard Bandler and Society of NLP, • 2013-2014 - we contributed to the recognition of coaching profession by Romanian Government and approval of the first official curriculum ever adopted by an EU country
