Consulting with clients to review their workers compensation and injury management performance-I assist clients review their policies and procedures for their injured employees. This includes-the drafting or review of client's injury management policies and programs (compensable and non-compensable)- review their return-to-work program- review of their injury management and claims procedures- preparation for and conducting of case management self-audit and report for the Regulator- I conduct skills gap analysis and develop, deliver and assess training packages, addressing the identified needs. Reviewed and at times wrote their Injury Management Programs, Injury Management Policies, etc- Consulted with staff on their difficult cases, providing mentoring and training- Occasionally, substituted temporarily for absent case management or injury management staff- Reported to senior management on initial findings, providing recommendations, prioritising action plan and then finally reporting on outcomes and recommendations for future management.
